رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَتُبْ عَلَيَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ
Transliteration
Rabbigh-fir li wa tub 'alayya innaka antat-Tawwabur-Rahim
Translation
我的主啊，求你饶恕我，接受我的忏悔。你确是至赦的，至慈的。

美德
Ibn Umar (RA) said: 'We used to count the Prophet (PBUH) saying this 100 times in one gathering.'
