بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
Transliteration
Bismillahilladhi la yadurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwas-sami'ul-'alim
Translation
Kwa jina la Allah, ambaye kwa jina Lake hakuna kitu kinachoweza kudhuru katika ardhi wala mbinguni, na Yeye ni Mwenye kusikia, Mwenye kujua.

Recite 3 times in the morning and evening
Fadhila
The Prophet (PBUH) said: 'Whoever says this 3 times in the morning will not be afflicted by any calamity until evening, and vice versa.'
