بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
Transliteration
Bismillahilladhi la yadurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwas-sami'ul-'alim
Translation
Im Namen Allahs, mit dessen Namen nichts auf der Erde oder im Himmel schaden kann, und Er ist der Allhörende, der Allwissende.

Recite 3 times in the morning and evening

The Prophet (PBUH) said: 'Whoever says this 3 times in the morning will not be afflicted by any calamity until evening, and vice versa.'
