اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبَرَصِ وَالْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَمِنْ سَيِّئِ الْأَسْقَامِ
Transliteration
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-barasi wal-jununi wal-judhami wa min sayyi'il-asqam
Translation
主啊，我向你求庇护，免遭白癜风、疯狂、麻风病和恶疾。

Recite regularly for protection from severe diseases
美德
The Prophet (PBUH) would seek refuge from these severe and incurable diseases.
