أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، بِيَدِكَ الشِّفَاءُ، لَا كَاشِفَ لَهُ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Transliteration
Adh-hibil-ba'sa Rabban-nasi, bi yadikash-shifa'u, la kashifa lahu illa anta
Translation
तकलीफ़ दूर कर ऐ लोगों के रब। शिफ़ा तेरे हाथ में है। तेरे सिवा इसे कोई दूर नहीं कर सकता।

Recite while placing hand on the sick person

Aisha (RA) reported that the Prophet (PBUH) would recite this when any of his family members fell ill.
